About 3 weeks ago my company landed an account with a BMW dealership. I come to you now to help me out.. Im in charge of:

Service Washes- Every car getting serviced gets washed including rims.. then just squeegeed and dried..

New car prep- hand wax new cars when sold, clean up engine, interior..

Used car detail/service details- your basic full detail everything gets done.. expect the car looking new..

New car washes- every car in inventory gets washed once a week....

Im here for help... Im looking for many suggestions..

I would like to know what you would recommend to get the washes done quickly and effectively.

Getting the rims clean is a hassle, we use many ardex products and the rim cleaner needs to be more concentrated then recommended to work.. no acid can be used..

The paint is my biggest problem, this what I have been working on and its killing.. my first problem is my lighting inside sucks but i have to pick up some halogens.. The paint on these cars suck... Im using a combination of wool pads, foam pads, compounds and polishes with my dewalt rotary and i still am not happy. Time is of the essence though.. Im running out the door right now but shoot off some suggestions please and ill be back tonight to provide more information

Do you have a budget? How many employees do you have working for you? What`s the average number of cars at the dealership? What`s the average weekly sales turnover?
