Can I add glaze now and reseal?

I just polished my wife`s black 4Runner last week. After polishing I finished with Meg`s #26. Since I didn`t get all the swirls out, I`d like to add a layer of a good glaze filler and then Collinite 845.



Can I just add the glaze and then Collinite or do I need to do something with the paint first? What`s a good glaze to go with the 845?

As long as it`s a good filling glaze it should do well over a wax. I would wash first though to be sure all uncured wax residue is gone.
