Is it possible to use Megs Gold Class for example as an alternative to ONR? Would dilution be needed?

No, you can`t use a regular/conventional shampoo like that or it`ll leave residue behind. Regular shampoos need to be rinsed off or they`ll leave undesirable stuff behind. That`s one of the things that makes stuff like ONR so special.
