I have used quite a few menzerna products, and the only negative thing I find with the menzerna products is dusting. Is this a common occurance with SIP and IP or is it just me?

seems the hotter/humidity leads to Menzerna dusting a bit more.

I assume the humidity down here is probably much higher than just about anywhere in the States. I don`t really have dusting *problems* (i.e. I don`t consider it excessive) with SIP or 106ff. If I see any dust at all it`s from the 106ff, but I work that stuff forever.

Dusting can be moderated by adjusting the quantity applied, work time and spurring the pad often.

I realize this, and have since made adjustments, but compared to other polishes, wouldnt menzerna dust more?

Depends on which the "other" polishes are. Compared to the new generation `wet` polishes, yes. Compared to others, about the same.
No easy answer. :nixweiss

Good point, but comparison would be to Megs, PB, 3M, 1Z.

And don`t forget the QD spray!!
Also check out 3M Ultrafina. Amazing product, amazing results, and comparatively dust free.

I`ve had off and on issues with SIP dusting in hot and humid Florida. It dusted real bad the first time I used it but was a little better the second time I got the chance to use it. When I tried it on my friends car, I hardly had any dusting at all. That was after he had dusting problems with it. I guess it`s just a little temperamental.

Don`t worry about the dusting issues. I`ve had that problem with #83 on and off as well. Its also not a surprise that sometimes you can finish LSP ready and sometimes you get hazing. Its all a luck of chance in my opinion :)

Is there anything that can be mixed with SIP to cut down on the dusting? I not mixing expert, but many people on here have had success mixing things.
