Hi. I did a search, but didn`t see anything definitive. I was wondering what the durability of Z-AIO is by itself (without Z-CS or anything on top of it). Thanks for any information!

Fantastic. One of the best I`ve tried. The scent is unreal as well. Smells like bubble gum.

I think the average user could get 2-3 months as a standalone. Personally, I`d use it as a base and top occasionally with Z8 to get the most bling.

Thanks for the replies. I like Z-AIO, but didn`t have time to top it off with something last weekend. I figure I could get some decent durability out of it, though, since it`s Zaino and all. And the scent is nice. Kinda chemical, but sweet.

Last year I got 3 months on ZAIO alone and it was still beading/slick. This was on my beater which was parked at the Atlanta airport 45 hours a week.

Z-AIO lasted about 2 months on my moms hood back when this product first came out. I would defineately top something on top of Z-AIO, but then again I just applied it on her hood without proper prep.

It only stayed slick for about four weeks for me, but I *DID* like it nonetheless. Dunno how you folks get months out of the stuff, sure wish I did

Here is the writeup (http://www.autopia.org/forum/click-brag/87810-zaio-after-3-months-time-quick-re-polish.html) I did at the 3 month mark on my Acura.

gmblack3a- I remember that! Was it still slick after the 3 months? I ask because for me it was still beading but it wasn`t as slick as I like.

Given how subjective most durability tests are, I would say 1 week - 2 months.

It lasted about 3-4 weeks for me without topping it. Washing with DG soap, no QD.

One application tip, let it sit and fully dry before removing it.

Best I can remember from 14 months ago...... :chuckle:

There was still some slickness to the paint during washing, not like day one but not totally dead either.

I appreciate everyone`s input.

Sorry I missed your original review, gmblack3a. I didn`t intend to start a duplicate thread.

If I was going to use Z-AIO as a stand alone on a car, would this hurt the paint if I apply monthly? I think it`s a good question because of the abrasives in Z-AIO which are "minor" but overtime it might be bad?

I would not think so.
