This is a 10 year old C5 that I did today. The car had a lot of swirls, and several RIDS. For a change of pace, I decided to use the PC, with an orange, low profile pad, and a 50/50 mix of Meguiar`s 83 and Meguiar`s 105. I did a test spot on the hood using the rotary and 105 - then did a spot next to it using the PC and my 50/50 mix. There wasn`t a lot of difference in the results to my eye anyways...I would almost go out on a limb and say the PC side looked a little better - possibly due to the longer working time of the mix?
Before (this is my camera flash)...none of my befores turned out that great. Unfortunately this was the best shot.

This is the car in the sun after the polish - no LSP

By the way, this is what I work out of

I wiped the soot off the exhaust, and applied a coat of Duragloss 111 to the tips. 111 was also applied to the wheels

For a 10 year old seat, this came out pretty good

I then put the car back in the garage, and applied RMG to fill in a few of the RIDS the polish did not get out. This car is a driver, and we weren`t going for perfection, so no wetsanding of RIDS was done. I topped the RMG with CMW, and really liked the way this combo added wetness.

For a 10 year old car, I thought it came out okay.
