I might have put this in the wrong spot. I couldn`t find a Photography forum or subforum, but maybe I didn`t look hard enough. Mods, feel free to move if necessary.



My buddy Eric took these today. They are some of his early attempts at HDR. We had a pretty good turnout for our meet.

edit: the pics look like new screenshots for the new gran turismo game, sweet!

The Orange car stands out a lot in those HDR images. Nice cars!

nevermind I found a tutorial from photomatix. my little canon powershot a620 did the job ok for a complete noob. I only took 4 exposures from +/-2 how many did you take and what software are you using?

Last pic is nice but you are visible on the reflection, try to work on that.



The light poles are distracting in 1, 2, 4, and 5 , maybe you can work something on PS and erase them.



Other than that pics look sweet!

Thanks for the kind words. My buddy took these pictures, so I`m not real sure about all of the settings. I know he shot them using a Nikon D40 and processed them using Photomatix.



The backgrounds weren`t ideal, so I`m hoping we can get out sometime soon and take some more with a cooler background.
