Well like an idiot i applied in the direct Florida Sun, and now I can`t get the shi* off. Please help, of course I applied to thick also. It`s been 24 hours and this stuff is like iron. Please any help would be appreciated.

Man, you have to apply 845 super thing... I`ve never let it sit that long either. I`d try a QD first, if that doesn`t do anything then I`d try a warm/hot, damp MF.

Try a QD or just rewash it.

interesting read....with the advent/availability of more citrus washes on the market, will a heavy citrus wash/soak remove or at least soften the hardened wax up ?

edenward.....home depot has zep citrius cleaner.

Maybe a pro will chime in and know if something like that will cut it.

How about polishing it off with a mild polish or using a paint cleaner.

don`t do the polish.....it`s probably somewhat abrasive with the hardened wax

Just thinking outloud......as there is some solvents in 845. take a small spot and try to rewax it ??? Do that area soften up .....drawing straws here

I tried using a QD with a porta cable at 6, and didn`t touch it . My car is Metalic green, and a Supra daily driver.

Try some IPA, that should do it.

Kerosene or Mineral Spirits will take it right off.

Yeah, that too :o Odorless mineral spirits from the hardware store, just be careful around the plastic and rubber with that, just in case.

Take some fresh wax and wipe it on the area. The solvents will re-mix with the product (you may have to aggitate it) and loosen it.

Then wipe off wet...
