try to wipe interior down with ammonia/water mix. straight ammonia maybe to strong and discolor things. mix it 50/50 shouldnt hurt anything. NO PROMISES. but with a 50/50 mix i have never had any discoloring issues. the ammonia will help clean and will also draw out the odor. if your worried about possible discoloring then take an old bowl(cool whip size) and fill it about half way and set bowl in the car atleast over night and see if that helps the odor.

Ha ha, what an idiot. That`s what he gets for leaving a huge dog in his car. Probably reeked of dog even before the dog had the squirts. Absolutely no sympathy from me on this one. :nana:

He`s going to have to spray down the deals, scrub then wetvac to get everything out of the holes. Worse case scenario would be to remove the leather from the seats to clean it right.

I`d just go buy new seats and if necessary carpeting. Steam clean the rest of the interior. I think you`d be getting the poo out of there for a long long time. Echh

Oh... My... God.

I don`t think I could stand to EVER be in the car after that. But I`m a bit phobic of dog poo. (well, any poo really.)

I would quote the job SOOOO high that either:

a) the prospect would decline

b) the prospect would accept and I could not pass up the high quote return

What I would do?

Start looking for new seats from a salvage yard, Internet, or ebay.

or

Take them to my local automobile upholstery shop and have them remove the hides for me. I would then deep clean the hides and the cushioning. Then have the hides reinstalled professionally.

I have installed some armrests hides and MB Tex in some older Benzes, and thats not fun. Removing hides from the cushioning require specific tools and experience.

Not for me !!!

Either way will not be cheap.
