What is the best way to handle the vinyl strips on Shelby gt500?..I have read on other forums the using ICE polish liquid my cause them to crack

I`ve read that you just need to be careful that you don`t get any wax/sealant on the edges. Other than that just treat it like the rest of your paint. Wash/Wax... done.
Unless you are machine polishing which I`m not sure of... I`ll leave that to some of the pros here :)
Don`t know about ICE liquid... never used it.
