Hello, this site is excellent. I just joined.
I have a black 2004 CTS-V that I just bought and it only has 8000 miles on it. Looking at it in the garage under flourescent lights the car is covered with fine scratches. I want to do my first detailing of the car this weekend, so need to run out and get some detailing items. I plan on buying a clay bar (Mothers?) and some Meguiars NXT2.0 wax, but wasnt sure what was best to use to try to get rid of these fine scratches before putting on the wax.
Any suggestions to help me??? :nixweiss
Also, what about towels to remove the water after washing and polishing/waxing? Dont want to add to the scratches...
