In the first couple pics,I thought the paint on the roof was badly oxidized.I was thinking holy crap, you have your work cut out for you.Thank God it was only frost..LOL.

How did you get those swirls out with the OC and orange pad? I`ve used that combo before and never had that kind of success. Tell me how your process please...

Did you break it down all of the way and did you do a whole panel at a time or sections. I broke each panel down into sections and made sure it was broken down fully. I believe it was the trunk that I had to use M#9 but not much and only on a second pass if the OC didnt get them all out.

I break it down and do a 50/50 water/alcohol wipe down. #9 has fillers so are you sure you actually removed these? My gf has the same car and I couldn`t remove similiar defects unless doing multiple passes and stepped up in pad use or a stronger polish/compound.

No swirls besides some minor ones by the pin stripe which I had taped off after I washed it. I wash all of the cars after I am done polishing to remove the dusting and excess residue.

The 50/50 pics are from OC. I didnt get a chance to take more pics because I had to be somewhere and was tired. I can go get more pics if you like since the client was a friend of mine.

On you GF`s car did you try a yellow cutting pad for a more aggressive approach? If that doesnt work try m105.
