Detail coming up! What order to use my products!?!?

I just purchased the Sonus hand polishing kit here (SFX-1 and SFX-3) with the hand applicator. I will be doing my work on my 2002 Lexus IS 300, Absolutely Red.

My steps will be:

(Wash with MG`s Gold Class Shampoo)

(Clay with MG smooth surface or Clay magic clay<gotta pick one to buy at autozone, thoughts welcome!)

(Wash again with Gold Class)

(Use Sonus SFX-1 with sonus hand applicator)

And here is the dilemma:

I have some left over Autoglym Super Resin Polish and the Sonus SFX-3 that came with the bundle)

Which one should come before the other or are they both the same thing?

Then after all that I am going to seal/wax it with Megs NXT tech wax.



Also a quick question, any other recommendations to the steps and or missing steps to my detail? And when polishing, back and forth motions or circular? And when waxing, back and forth motions or circular? I have always did both circular.:help:
