I`m still practicing a bit, but I think I`ve got a good handle on using the PC7424. I got a number of scratches out that I missed the first time around.

This time, my goal was to have the "Wet Look"

Routine and Products used:

Wash w/ Meguiar`s Gold Class Shampoo

Clay with Megs clay bar and Adam`s QD

Wash again w/megs GC

SIP w/5.5" Orange pad on PC speed 6

106FF w/6.5" White pad on PC speed 6

IPA wipe down

RMG w/6.5" Black pad on PC speed 4

Natty`s Blue x3, 24 hours between layers

Collinite 845IW on rims x2

Black Magic Tire foam

Adam`s VRT on front grill

Mother`s Chrome Polish on exhaust tips

Looks good! I saw it on My350Z. I love the DB Zs...my brother wanted one, but they are kind of hard to find and he ended up settling for a PPW Z.

I just love these cars...and this is probably my favorite color of automotive paint...and nicely done on the detail!

Thanks fellas. :)

I`ve been envious of the great work seen here at Autopia over the winter and read a lot of different threads to get ideas and motivation.

You going to do anything to the Z or leave it stock?

Hey, I`ve got a K&N drop-in! :chuckle:

I`m planning on picking up either a set of 18" LMGT4s or Rota P45Rs. But, I`m having trouble finding a vendor who stocks KDW2s in 275/40/18.

Also, I`ve been lazy about picking up a Veilside V1 lip and getting the front bumper re-sprayed.

Other than that, :nixweiss

I bought the car with the full intention of keeping her for a long while. After almost 4 years of ownership, I think I`m coming around.

I couldn`t find KDW2s in that size...I ended up with the Toyo T1Rs but I love them and would recommend them. Hit up Brinster34 on Ebay if you decide to go with the LMGT4s, you should get a nice deal on them.

Here are my Toyos on Nismo rims.

try tirerack.. might be worth buying em seperately for cheaper.

edit.. just looked they don`t make them in that size, only the KD. if you go down to a 17`` rim in that size you`d have a much larger selection. every tire that size is about 250$.. a 275/40/17 eagle f1 gs-d3 only runs $209 and performs alot nicer

My Toyos (245/40/18 and 275/40/18) were $733 shipped :xyxthumbs
