What kind of pump solution is there for someone who wants a low pressure garden hose fed from a trailer mounted water tank? I`d like an alternative to the pressure washer for early morning use and noise sensitive areas.

Any suggestions? I`ve seen 12V inline water pumps with 3/4" fittings. Can anyone recommend a manufacturer or alternative style of operation?

I use a Wayne 1/2 HP pump for my mobile unit. It works really well, but it is powered by my generator. I bought it at Northern Tool and equipment for $150

Most of the figures I`ve seen for 3/4" garden hose vary quite a bit, anywhere from 8-10GPM all the way to 24GPM; but I guess that changes according to supply pressure and nozzle (or lack of). A pump like that Wayne would be perfect, thanks for the tip.

For anyone interested in low pressure vs high pressure

40PSI @ 8GPM = 320 CU

2000PSI @ 2GPM = 4000 CU

If you are worried about noise, just get an electric PW.
