I was wondering if anyone knew what I can use as a clip to holds the black nozzle to the spout on the container. It recenlty broke and almost put a dent in my moms hummers hood. I have it highlighted in the picture of what Im talking about.

Why don`t you order a spare clip from Gilmour? That AG gun should have come with the Gilmour parts list and from what other members have said they are very helpful at Gilmour.

But they ask for the name or part number and I don`t got the parts list manual anymore.

You need the retaining clip for the Foam Wand(7571GM). There is no part # listed since it comes with the Wand, but this should allow you to communicate what you need from gilmour. They are very similar to the clips that hold A/C and Cooler Lines in place on engines so if you have the pieces you could probably find a suitable replacement at any part store. Gilmours Parts Dept is:800.852.2723.

coudn`t you just take that with you to the local hardware store and see if they have something to hold it down till you order the exact piece?

Did that. Went to home depot and lowes. Got something that look like the clip but didn`t work.

I try that. Thanks No Problem. After years in the Quick Lube business I`ve had to track down little trouble-makin` clips like that many times. Glad to help.

If you don`t get it from Gilmour and find another solution, be sure to update us in case someone else needs one later, please.

Does anyone know what the black nozzle is called and the part number. I damage mine trying to fit a hitch pin in it.
