All,

I am looking to purchase a steam cleaner. I`m looking at both the Daimer & VaporClean items.

I have started searching but not fully found answers yet on best practices for cleaning carpets (steam first, then vacuum -or- steam with a MF towel on the attachment.......help!). I also need input on steaming leather. The PO of my `97 M3 allowed his deoderant to heat up in the sun & run all over the rear seat so that it soaked into the leather.....ugh. Leatherique didn`t get it out & it has turned my leather from supple to hard.

Please help. I am not a professional detailer, just your average grease monkey who loves his car & really wants to bring her back to her full beauty!

Thanks in advance!!!!!!

Bill
