The way to buy this is straight from the factory; currently it`s $69 for a gallon including shipping, or $.54 ounce. Last time I bought from them, they threw in another 16 oz. bottle for free; not doing that now I don`t think...

I`m thinking about getting the gallon, but I may not use it all for years.

I use it alot on my clients cars, but in 8 months Ive only used a little over a half gallon.

heh. I guess that`s a lot of cars. Anyway, I was thinking that I would get a better deal by buying the gallon, but it seems I wouldn`t even use up a gallon for several years. I only have 3 cars, and only one that I would detail once a month. Sometimes trying to get a better deal means spending more money on something that you`ll never use.

Sure, a gallon is a great deal; just not for me. My gallon was just over 2 1/2 years old and developed a black mold. I threw out over a fourth. It might help to store in smaller bottles. I don`t think it likes the air in the gal bottle.
