I am going to be ordering and using this product for the first time.

Can you go directly to Glaze after using Menzerna Intensive polish, or is adding a finishing polish before glaze recomended?

Tks

You`ll need a finishing polish before LSP.

Something like 106FF, PO85RD, or FPII

I prefer SIP over IP, it gives you some extra bite on ceramiclears and I can get it to finish down a bit nicer

What color is the car? Dark colors will need the finishing step. Light colors like silver, white, gold, and the like won`t "need" it. It won`t hurt the paint`s look, though, if you finish down on a lighter color. I wouldn`t simply because I get tired.

The car is a black 2005 mustang. No real deep damage, but lots of swirl that comes with black paint and some bad winter washing!

Why SIP? With an orange pad?

On black...I am guessing that either IP or SIP will need to be followed by a final polish...begs the question FP or FPII.

Back end will be Danase, followed by PB sealant and Natties.

Thanks for the input.

I`ve finished down on lighter cars with Intensive with no ill-effects. If you have good technique and really work it down, you can go straight from IP to LSP on some cars, but the blanket policy is generally to finish down with a lighter polish.
