Looking at the Ninja heated version 2 Stage 200 PSI version.

For those pros out there, familiar with the Mercury Line ?

While electricity is not a issue as this is mainly for home use, and I`m not sure whether the more powah the better ~ 500 PSI ~ unit, but the 2 stage 200 PSI seemed to be a happy medium due to the built in heater.

Cross American is another brand briefly mentioned on ACC as well

i am getting a century 400. 200psi w/heat i will be using it for cars and houses i talked to a guy that does houses and he told me you dont need 500 psi unless you are doing grout and tile. The ninja on your list is the same company as the one im getting.

JDUBB. FWIW, I was speaking to a local distributor and they have STOPPED CARRYING Century line for now. Apparently, they cheaped their production and I was advised ~100%~ failure rate on all their Century machines they sold.

I`m hoping the response was a non biased one as they do carry at least 15-20 different brands in the shop.

i just talked to another company out here and he said he pushes the century brand more than any other and they havent had very many problems at all. he said that most problems he has seen were abuse related.

500 PSI is too much pressure for detailing. Adjustable would be nice.

It`s a larger machine I originally wanted but it`s something I can use at home...

I`ve most likely decided on a 2/3 Mytee 1003DX

the only thing that sucks about the Mytee 1003DX it has 2 plugs that you have to plug into 2 different rooms.

Not 2 rooms. But 2 separate circuits. But each line they do give you 50 feet of cord.

Still researching but I think the Mytee is the winner.

I`m not a pro or mobile detailer. Just a avid DIY`er.

I have couple of 220 plumbed in as well .....

I purchased my ninja this weekend and it works great. It is amazing how much crap comes out of something you think is clean.

I have been to busy to post many places right now. Unless you are planning on doing your home carpet (which i don`t recomend with a portable) Stick with the smaller more dedicated detail machines. Mytee`s product line has served me and others very well. details plus hot one is another good unit.
