This is the cowl panel trim that goes between the hood and the windshield of my 06 Nissan frontier, from the sun it is almost grayish-white....303 works on it for a few weeks but I am considering making NISSAN replace this under warranty but before I do, one last shot here; I`m looking for long term solution to this not fading? Any ideas gents?

(the darker area is where I put some 303 to show)

I use Megs ASD on all exterior plastic. Never had a problem with fading plastic on my 04 Jeep.

Go for the warranty. Nothing will fix that for good, not even dye.

Hitemp`s Molding Renew will work and it lasts weeks between apps.

Klasse AIO will clean it up. If it`s textured (hard to tell in picture), dilute the AIO with water at least 2:1 and use a brush. You can seal it with Klasse HGSG.

Hello

Prep all plastic trim first with some APC and soft detailing brushes. If you have oxidation i would look at KAIO or a similar oxidation eater that is safe on trim.

Black WOW is good and you only need a tiny amount and its expensive for tiny amount too! I just got some Sonus Trim and Tire, i forgot how awesome and jet black this makes my trim look!

On hard textured black plastic I like Tropicare Non Silicone tire and trim dressing. The stuff adds a nice shine and lasts quite a while. It should be cleaned first for best results using the Tropicare cleaner.
