extractor choices

OK, I am wondering what you all think about the Mytee detail express prep center machine. I need a new extractor and I`m wondering if it wouldn`t be just as easy to buy the package with the added air hose/vac/dispenser nozzles. What do you think?

I`d make sure you get a machine with at least 120" of lift.
