Okay... First post of one of my cars. The pix suck b/c I used the my Canon PS SD1000 (the Nikon D200 is sleeping :D ).

Process:

Wash with ONR

Wheels - Eagle one

Black Magic on tires (my pre-autopian tire stuff - trying to finish it out)

Clayed with clay magic

Menz IP with orange pad - speeds b/t 4.5 and 5.5

Sonux SFX-3 with green pad - speeds b/t 4.5 and 5.5

Zaino Z5 w/zfx x3

Z6

Stoners on windows

The polishing took a loooooong time but that was b/c it was my first time and this is a big car. I used the UDM with the DAS pads. I missed some spots and will touch those up in the spring with FP and a white pad.

Before - only one:

After:

Hood - the white marks are dog hair. Dont ask me how it got there...if you own labs, you know it gets everywhere.

Awesome job. That paint looks very clear. Gotta love Sonus SFX3, it is an awesome finishing polish. Try SFX 3 with the blue pad next time and see how you like it. I have found that using it with the blue pad will give you an even greater shine. Don`t worry, we are all obsessed here.
