which kind of pad comes with the UDM?

I just got my UDM today and I couldn`t figure out what kind of pad is included. Its a white pad but it doesn`t have the three circles cut into it like the compound pad in the manual. What kind of pad is it and what is it made for?

I believe it is a polishing pad. Use it for swirl removers.
