Just purchased my first vehicle and I would just like to keep it clean, simple as that. First thing I wanted to ask if when foaming my car do i just foam, rinse, and dry? Simple as that? Yes stupid question I know but I like to ask many questions, safest way to go. I dont use any sponges while I wash? My next question is Microfiber or Cotton? I see the zaino website go with cotton, yet you guys go with microfiber. How should I clean the inside of the hood? What should I use to clean the alloy wheels? Thanks a bunch guys.

Welcome! Below are a few links that will be very helpful for you. Many of us started learning about detailing and washing/drying by reading these articles here on autopia. Check them out, I think you will have a lot of your questions answered. Zaino recommends cotton for their product. Personally, I prefer high quality microfiber towels and wool mitts. Good luck!

I have never used one, but I have read that they tend to be too strong and might remove any protection you have on your paint such as a wax or sealant. Some people don`t feel they are safe on your paint, but I could not tell you for sure.
