I am going to go take a picture but first let me describe my problem. I have a 2000 focus and did the ultima thing (5 coats) back in august, And the first time I cleaned my rims was with a stuf called Red Max its from majestic solutions and is Corosive and strong enough I have to wear 2 latex gloves or it really eats away skin on my hands!

I used this stuff and it would MELT away brake dust, I was always careful to hose it off, but now no matter what I do it seems that there are brown streaks on parts of my rims front being the worst and rear not so bad. I have tried everything I have even did the eagle one thing and tried my other stuff even less harsh chemicals haven`t taken this "brown" streak off.

is it baked in brake dust or do I need to polish the heck out of the rims?

what is up with this: (picture to follow in a minute)
