Im getting a 7424 for a good price elsewhere. Does this look like a good starting order? Im new to machine polishing. Im assuming the 5.5 inch pads will be more effective than the 6.5`s.

Yeah you should get faster correction with a smaller pad.

I`d get a few polishes. Some work better on certain finishes

than others.

You definitely picked the right polishes. I would get a few more pads though. Check out the pad kits at AG. You definitely need the orange and white pads, but I would atleast add a blue and grey(black) pad to the list. What are you using as your LSP?

Ive got a black mustang and am going to use DG111 (love it) then Pink Wax. Also a dark green explorer was going to try, FK machine glaze 303 in place of the Nano polish with the white pad, then FK 2180, than topped with S100. I have used the 2180/S100 combo on it already and it looks nice.



The Pink Wax on my black car really looks wet.
