I would like to try Scratch-X to buff out some very minor swirls by hand. Does

anyone know of a more economical Meguiar`s product that has the same

polishing characteristics? I recall someone mentioning a particular Megs polish

that was very similar, but I can`t find the thread.

As far as I know Meg`s doesn`t have anything in the prof. line that would be more economical or work any better.

#81 Hand Polish may come close; but I think its more of a glaze...

Check everything out with descriptions...

Kit scratch remover is like $1.80 at Wal Mart and I have used it by hand to effectively remove scratches similar to Scratch-X. Smells great too.

I would say Meguiars # 82. Works great by hand and cost less per ounce than Scratch-X.
