I just got my Ultima kit and tried it out this weekend...
I was using the Ultima Cleaning Gel with the enclosed applicator and it really roughed up my truck. It looks as though I had wet-sanded it. I did just as the directions said, washed the car first, then applied the product. I sprayed the gel lightly on both the pad and the truck and did not put any pressure on the pad. I was just barely moving the pad across the truck. After wiping the product off I could see the scratches.
I was able to buff them off, but I definately had to use something to buff it back, not just a towel
What am I missing here???? :confused:
