I saw some turtle wax waffle weaves at big lots the other night and I noticed that the tag said that they were made from 100% polyester. Should this deter me from buying them? They`re extremely cheap but also decently soft..

If they are the ones I`m thinking of they`d work for glass but I`d pass on them for paint. Big Lots has some nice TW MF applicators and wash mitts.
