Ok i love to keep my car clean and take pride in having a clean car but i have a simple but stupid questions



do you use detailer before or after a waxing



and i have these little black dots on my car and can not be removed with some sort of tought rubbing or fingernail scratching



and can you use a clay bar with car wash soap

Use Quick Detailer after waxing to enhance shine, and deter dusting.



What are the little black dots? Tar splats? Either way, YES a clay bar should rid of them. Wash, Clay, Polish or AIO, Wax or Sealant.



You can clay while washing (using soapy suds as the lube).

The only issue with using soap as a claybar lube is the soap tends to break the claybar down faster. It can be done with no ill effects to the paint though. You`ll just end up buying more claybar faster than normal.

i read somewhere if you use a cold hose down after a wax if makes the wax harden
