Ultima Rocks!

I ordered the full line of Ultima Products, minus the Elastrofoam Paint Cleaner. I have to tell you, I love this line, it is incredible. The Paint Guard Wash is amazing, the Paint Prep Plus is easy to apply and to buff off and it left my car swirl free (I applied it with my UDM and the orange pad). The Paint Guard Plus is incredibly easy to apply and it did not streak at all (I applied 3 light coats 12 hours apart). It also brought out the flakes on my paint like I had never seen before. The interior shampoo works great, it left my car really clean with a really clean and fresh scent. The Interior Guard Plus is also amazing and it left the leather seats feeling incredibly silky smooth and soft. Ultima actually brought back the new car scent. The Tire and Trim Guard Plus is also great, it left a nice dark satin finish without all the extreme gloss of other products, which I personally don`t like. I also used the Tire and Trim Guard on my chrome door handles and grille, which added an amazing shine. Until now, I had been using Meguiars NTX Generation Tech wax (liquid). Meguiars left a nice wet look, by completely changed the look of the paint, turning it almost black. My car is a dark silver (Smoky Granite Mica) with lots of flakes. :woot2:

Dude that interior looks killer!



I have been debating on getting the interior gaurd because Im not sure about it! So you like how it leaves the dash and panels including your leather seats???

Yeah, that Interior Guard is incredible. I was kind of afraid too, that it would stain or change the texture of the interior, especially the leather, but it did not. It left the leather feeling like cashmere, amazing. I highly recommend it, but if you are going to use it, make sure you do a full interior cleaning with the Ultima Interior Shampoo, as the sealant will seal in any dirt or stains.

You need to tell Lexus to upgrade your Nav software to version 7.1---It gets rid of the "IAGREE" button:) It goes straight to Nav!!

Did you use alot? Trying to decide if I want a 12 or 4oz bottle...

Yes, I shampooed everything. The dvd for version 7.1 costs about $350, not sure I want to spend that much on that just yet.

I don`t know how many uses you could get, but I bought the 12oz bottle and after using it, I quickly realized I would have been ok with the 4oz bottle. This stuff is very concentrated and it goes a long way.

Unfortunately I did not take any before pics since I had not thought about posting the results. I had some general mild swirl marks from the car wash at the dealer. I told them at the last service ABSOLUTELY NOT TO WASH IT, so they put the "do not wash" sign on it, but somehow somebody missed it and they ended up washing it. I was pissed, but the polish got rid of them. I had used Sonus SFX 2 in the past, which also works great and is a bit stronger than Ultima. Sonus SFX 2 does a better job in removing medium grade swirl marks.

It is an 07, I bought it in June of this year.

So its still very new---My 08 came with DVD6.1 and I learned that 7.1 came out so I went and spoke with my service guy and told him I just bought this car and it has the older version in it and I wanted the new one so I didnt have to press the I agree button. A phone call later it was given to me under warrenty? Give it a try as you too just bought your car.
