There sure is a bunch of great info here and have found my 2 favorite product lines to use...Optimum and Collinite. I am not a pro detailer, just a "keep it clean" kinda person. I guess my enthusiasum and my own vehicles speak for themselves. I have detailed a few fellow employees` vehicles (some more than one) including a black MB that the owner just could not get right on his own. Anywho, here are a few shots of the daily whip (Focus) and the nice weather "fun" car...

It is a 1998 with a tick under 33k on it. I loved the color combo when I saw it in the showroom. I may keep it for a long while. Not the most desirable of years, but I love the way it drives, thought there has been both drivetrain and chassis massaging:) and thank you for the compliment.

Great work on both cars. Love the focus I have a `00 zx3. Just a 2 quick questions....what kind of wheels are those? and did you get any noticable gains from your cold air intake?.

Thanks,

Josh

Yup, as stated above they are O.Z. Ultraleggera`s in 16x7. These are only 14.5 lbs. a piece and strong. The Tire Rack has them on special right now. As for the intake...yes, dyno proven to have gained 8.3 horsepower at the wheels. It is a FocusSport Cool-Flo intake that I have matched up with the same company`s 2.25" flex-back exhaust and flash tuned with 2 different programs custom written by, you guessed it, FocusSport using the SCT X-Cal 2. Randy really knows his stuff. With you having the Zetec motor (mine is the Duratec) the intake is completely different but they make one for the Zetec also. Thanks for all the kind words, my wife thinks I am obsessed...till I work on her car.:chuckle:

Awesome. My friend has a 1998 Chrome Yellow Cobra with just a tick under 40k on it. I`ve gotten to drive it plenty of times and they sure are fun. Dosen`t match my heads and cam 95 Z-28 though. ;) Suspension mods are always great for any pony car!

You know what they say...there`s no replacement for displacement(350 vs. 281):getdown

great looking cars! love the tint on the focus, that`s the way i wanted mine to look but the film that was put on is more reflective than tinted. my own fault for going the cheap route.
