You use it with an air compressor......... Danase sells them:

Tornador Cleaning Tool (http://www.danase.com/toclto.html)

There is a review or two over on his forums if you do a search for Tornador. There are also some more videos on YouTube.

I have the tornador, its awesome!

I put whatever cleaner I need in it, and use it wherever there are cracks (complicated wheels anyone?), crevaces, etc...

Is that for mostly for APCs and the like for cleaning or could you put an interior dressing or a tire dressing in there and spray it? Looks like it makes a pretty fine mist type spray?

Yep my local supply shop tried pushin that POS on me like crazy when he first got it in. I tell ya if it was $20 or less I`d probably give it a shot but he wanted $199.00 for the idiotic thing. Talked to him a week or so ago and asked how those things were selling now. He said what I told him would happen. Once everyone found out that using a $.50 rag some cleaner and an air hose (total cost = dirt cheap) no one would buy this contraption anymore. It`s a fad tool that while useful in it`s own right is basically useless due to the cost involved much much cheaper alternitives with the same effectivness. To me.. Unless your getting it for next to nothing.. Just move on and use what you know already.

My daughter has a BMW with the controls for the flashers and door lock/unlock on the center console. This thing looks like it would be perfect for shorting out the switches. She has done it already by coffee splashing on the console.

You guys shouldn`t knock this tool without trying it. It is one of my best selling items and one of my most used detailing tools. You can NOT do the same thing with a rag and some cleaner. The Tornador forces the cleaner into crevices and so on and their cleaner will not leave behind a film if not wiped off totally. The cleaner is also one of the best cleaners I have used as well.

I found the thread where I did a review a while back:

Below is a foreign thread (you can use Google to translate) with a lot of pictures and some videos as well:

I completely disagree, it forces the cleaner into crevaces better than any other tool I have ever used, and better than my rather large assortment of brushes.

I have used this on every interior I have detailed since I purchased it, and it is absolutely unmatched.

Couldn`t you use the engine cleaning gun to do the same thing. Works the same way. also cost 2.5% of what that cost.
