Have a Road King detail coming up and I was wonder what product and technique others use to clean the spokes and rim section that the spokes attach to.

The rim area between where the spokes attach is too small for me to easily fit a MF in there to clean and polish it, so I wonder what tricks or products everyone uses to clean that specific area.

Thanks a lot.

26 views and not one reply? I am sure that someone out there has some suggestions here.

I will even take sarcastic responses at this point.

Q-tips? Obviously. Small child sweatshop labor? Of course they have small hands, I should have thought of that. Just exercise my little finger a whole bunch. I have been meaning to do that anyway.

Just give me something here...I am sure there has to be some simple way.

this is just an idea, pipe cleaners maybe? just maybe? you could wrap it around the wires or something?

harsh chemicals are your friend :) why work when they do the work for you?

Yeah, I feel you there.

The wheels are chrome so I was just going to hit them with wheel acid anyway, I was just wondering if anybody had any specific brushes or anything that they found particularly suited for this task.

I guess I will just laugh as my foam swabs start to melt again. HA HA HA.
