Can you apply polish even though there`s already a coat of wax? Do I need to remove the wax then polish and wax again?

Polishing will remove the wax, so after polishing you will need to rewax your vehicle.

P21S concours is a nuba wax. It will layer.

The P21S paint cleanser would have stripped wax.

You can layer "pure" waxes. You cannot layer polishes or cleaner waxes.

On a few occasions I`ve had problems polishing through LSPs; the polish and the LSP combined into a hard to remove residue. If that happens, a little IPA/etc. to compromise the LSP will help a lot. If it *doesn`t* happen, then just polish away :D
