Hi guys,

I`m thinking about upgrading my pads for my pc. Is it worth it to upgrade to the edge system? I like the idea of getting two pads for the price of one but wasn`t sure of the durability. I also like the self centering aspect but wanted to hear some opinions from people who have used the system. Thanks!!

IMO, dont use Edge on PC, I had no luck with the E2k system. Personally, I would go with a 4.75-5" BP with 5-5.5" pads. Danase has the 5" LC CCS pads, they work extremely well for the PC.

However, Edge works great on rotary. If you do decide to go the Edge route via PC, know that their Customer Service is TOP NOTCH.

Thanks for the reply. Just wondering what you didn`t like about the edge system with the pc?

friend of mine had issues with the adapter when the PC was used at higher speeds (5-6)...

I agree. I`ve not used Edge 2K on PC but I`ve read many threads of the vibration motion of the PC beating up the pads. Also, pad centering is not so crucial on a PC.

For the rotary, I do like the Edge 2K system though.
