Repairing "wrinkled" paint?

Guys, I just hit a truck while backing out of my driveway, I was going at about 2km/h... so the paint didn`t chip but it did kinda crack, kinda like spiderwebs... I have a mazda3 and the bumper is made out of polyurethane so it bounced back... how can I fix it (if it is possible) without repainting?
