Can you guys take a look at these pics and give reccomendations for bringing the shine back. It is a 1990 Mazda Miata. Bod is in good shape, just faded. I do have a PC. I have an orange, white and black pads. SOme Sonus swirl remover, Klasse, some cleaner but nothing real strong as far as cutting. Where would you start?

Thanks,

Randy

You shouldn`t need anything really strong for that. I would go with Red Moose Machine Glaze and top it with a good sealant. It will probably come back over time but for now that is what I would do.

Yeah, a good AIO type cleaner will do wonders on that. Below is a thread you might find interesting. The product he used was Klasse AIO (http://www.autopia-carcare.com/kus-kla-10.html):

Unfortunately the pictures seem to have disappeared from that thread, but I found them on his website (it is the red Toyota truck):

Like Bob (Danase) mentioned, follow that up with a good sealant and that red Miata should really pop.

I would use the Sonus you have first. Then maybe the glaze suggested above, or try the Klasse twins you have. Don`t know if you can do the glaze over the twins.

This was Optimum Polish/orange pad followed by OP/white pad and Souveran

Pretty much any mild polish oughta do it.

Thanks for the help. I will post more pics afterwards. May be a week or 2.
