Your going to need a rotary and your asking for our advice so I`m assuming you don`t own one... you should really consider hiring someone, I don`t think any of that is going to come out by hand.

Congrats on the car, enjoy it

no I dont own a rotary but I do work a hardware store so I might be able to get one and go to a scrap yard to practice.

order touch up paint and the kit from auto geek.

and hire someone who knows how to properly use a rotary.

you need to be specific, as most wont understand.

"I am looking to have my car polished in multi steps, correcting as much of the scratches as possible, and also leaving the paint swirl and hologram free"

if anyone even knows what you mean, they might do a good job.

That Saab paint is very easy to work with (read... fairly soft).

I would actually recommend giving it a try at first by hand to see if you are happy with the results. As long as the scratch is not into the metal... through the primer... you do not have to worry about touch up paint but it would be necessary to get it to look perfect.
