Zimoll Clay

I bought a couple Zimol products just to see what the difference was beetween expensive and less expensive products. The clay was one product i bought, i use clay a lot but do not know a WHOLE lot about it. I divided the block of clay into 2 (im not sure if i should do?) and with the 1st half (the left chunk) it like broke appart and self destructed. With the right side i didnt use as much but it seemed as though it was about to do the same. What my real question is, is this a result of a bad quality clay or am i doing something wrong or what?

What are you using for lube? I`ve had that happen when using car soap as a lube.. Now use quick detailers (or a dedicated clay lube) only..

i used the zymol lube.. but didnt use it everywhere, i used the hose for some which is probobly a no no and that might explain it.
