The car I am currently working on has always sat outside in the sun with the windows up. What`s the easiest way to eliminate the "baked" smell? Can I just spray the interior with something?

Fabreeze helps... I had sushi odor cooked into my car and it fixed.

I like the idea of bombing it. Is this something I could buy locally?

what does "bomb" it mean?

It`s an aerosol can that you can set to spray continuously until it runs out. The most common "bombs" are the ones you can set off in your house for bugs.

If you go with one of these you will get better results if you let them of while the car is running and the a/c is full blast set on recirculate, after about a half hour crack the two rear windows and let run for 15 more minutes. I have had great results with this method opposed to the actual instructions on the can, good cheap upsell as well.
