What works best at removing scuff marks on on platic door sill trim from shoes catching when entering and exiting?

I agree, the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser does a great job.

Well the thing is, there is not any rubber from the soles left behind. I`ve tried interior cleaners, but they just cover it up for a while by "masking" the areas. It`s just that the contacted areas have a dull finish to it, would the eraser be able to fix it?



Here`s an example picture of what I`m taking about, on the black plastic.
