Have been reading the posts here for awhile now and have gained a lot of useful information but slightly confused about something. I have read that it`s multiple layers of polish that give a good deep shine but have also come across something that says it`s the multiple layers of wax that adds to the depth and shine. Which is it? Is it a little of both?
I have all OTC products for the time being. Here`s what I have:
Megs #26
NXT Wax
Gold Class Liquid Wax
Liquid Glass
Ice Liquid Polish
Not the best products, I know. What I was thinking was a couple of layers of Liguid Glass, then some #26. Can you guys offer a better way? I have already washed with Ultima,free sample, and clayed. The truck is taped off and ready to go. Just wanted some opinions before starting. This is my everyday vehicle so it doesn`t have to be perfect but I would like it to look better than the average vehicle driving around. I will be using my UDM also. The paint is still pretty new, 2006 Toyota Tundra. Sorry to ramble on forever just wanted to make sure to include as much info as possible. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.:thx
