First post so go easy on me.

I just washed with optimum no rinse wash and shine and used one towel for washing and two for drying, also by optimum. I used 2 capfulls for 2 gallons. Problem is there appears to be a residue film and I just saw the car under a bright light and its terrible. The windows are also very hazy. Sooo...what did I do wrong?
