ok...i wasnt sure where to post this, so sorry if it is in the wrong spot.

my clear coat is starting to peal up in a VERY small area( like maybe 1/4`` x 1/8""). is there anyting i can do to keep it from peeling anymore?

you could scrape off the loose stuff and brush on a neat blob of fresh clear coat...it might help it last a little better , but expect it to spread sooner or later

Could you cut the perimeter of the peeling area with a brand new razor blade to create a barrier to the peeling temporarily? Once peeling starts, it`s usually means that eventually the whole surface will end up lifting. Re-clearcoating a panel isn`t that expensive to have done.

Will it work? No. But it *might* prolong your clearcoat deteriation.
