Hey Guys!

I was just wondering what is your favorite compound to use by rotary? I was just curious to see what compounds some of you guys like?

I have a ton of compounds and have one for almost every occasion for the nightmares.

SIP is an excellent polish along with the 3.02 uk version also. I use the SIP and 3.02 on alot of my light to medium corrections. They are polishes though. I have been doing a lot of heavy duty corrections which require liquid rocks in a bottle for the kevlar clears. I do have a lot of stuff but was curious to see what other rotary pros like.

3M PI-III RC 05933, primarily due to familiarity. Probably a bit too mild for what most people deal with though. When I want more bite I use H-T EC or 3M PI-III ECRC 05936 (:scared: ). But hey, it`s not like I use the rotaries all that often...

3M is good. I also like this new stuff from saftykleen Called "cut and glaze" My all time fav is sythetic cutting cream (pink stuff) Works great and very affordable (less than $30 a gallon)

HTEC mixed with either ZPC or OC to add a bit to the working time.

I`m a 3M guy. I just know what pad at what speed and what product to follow with. I only play around with glazes and LSP`s

3M:

Perfect-It III Extra Cut Rubbing Compound when I`m running twisted wool to remove sanding marks on tough clears

Perfect-It III Rubbing Compound for lighter duty jobs

Still haven`t even tried Perfect-It 3000 compounds or swirl removers

On occasion, I`ll use Meguiar`s M85 when I need something that isn`t as aggressive.

Aussie Gold Diamond Finish & Clear Cut

Diamond is a ultra thick gel which you mix with water or QD. Much thicker than Farecla G3

Clear cut is one down from diamond and is blueberry coloured and smells like them too.

After that, I love Menzerna IP 91E and SFX 1

strada 1000- works for a nice long time with the black wool for extreme cutting.

How does Strada 1000 compare to HTEC?
