View Full Version : Badly swirled 1995 black saab

This car belongs to my mother and is relatively poorly maintained as seen in the before pictures. I couldnt remove all of the marring/swirling but for the most part it is pretty good. To remove all of the defects wetsanding would be required.



Process:

Wash with megs gold class

Compound with 3m wool cutting pad

Menzerna micro polish with edge white pad

Menzerna glaze with edge red pad

Megs 26

Megs grape on the tires

Good work on bringing some shine out of the finish.



That was one of the models that made me begin to appreciate Saab.



Saabs were the vehicle that taught me about how important it is to mask a vehicle for polishing.

Yep the saab trim really likes to soak up polish, compound and wax.
