Frequent lurker, first-time poster. Not a pro.

My 2005 Accord EX wheels have baked-on brake dust on the inside of the wheel. They are a mess. I went to my local auto parts store and bought some Eagle One all wheel cleaner. Well, they didn`t clean a thing, and left some white stains on the inside of the wheels.

Questions please...what can I do to get rid of the white stains? More important, what can I use to get rid of the baked on brake dust?
