Overspray....Need Help

I had my car re-sprayed a couple of years ago and there is clear coat oversray in the bottom o fthe door jams on each side, it was not that big of a deal but now that the car show bug has bitten I need some help. Any ideas? I have tried the clay bar

You could try reducer or just get out some compound and go to work
